I work closely across all teams, reporting to the leadership team, to identify new opportunities to improve our business client performances through insight, analysis and optimisation.

Taking a data-driven approach and using software tooling like P-Metric to guide the organisational optimisation is part of my role. A key part of my role is to leverage insight on clients, competitors and the general ecosystem for idea generation. Taking ownership of deliverables and manage an off-shore analysts to deliver tasks timely and to a good quality standard. This further allows me to feed into budget planning strategy campaign reporting. Going forward I’m more focused on building relationship with clients and demonstrate the value case for our products and services.
